I've been trying to find this exact song on You Tube for years! We used to sing it at Primary School and I find it to be a very moving song. I'd love if this hymn was on other You Tube videos too, with images, an organ etc - but this is great too.

If I was a priest/minister/pastor, I would have this song sang at the end of every single church service - then - Amen, Amen, Amen sang too.
