Why are they still giving out warnings? My shitty local news is already demanding higher fines for drivers, but I don't think anyone is even being ticketed to begin with. California has just lost its mind with the number of laws it passes.
bluetooth nowadays cost 20 dollars? I see people talking on the mobiles all the time, i want to take a photo and sent it in to the police agency. reallY! and listening to music is okay while driving but not with both earpiece on, thats just plain stupid!
I'm glad to see the CHP cracking down on this. I see people without a hands free device all the time, and I wish I was able to pull people over. I could generate a bunch of tickets in a single morning. They should make the fine $200, enough to really get people to stop.

@reimann4 "I see people without a hands free device all the time, and I wish I was able to pull people over."
Why? Does a hands-free device make it safer to talk on a phone while driving?

What's worse: Buying a $40 Bluetooth, or paying $50+ court costs for court? Whenever I drive, I always use my $40 Bluetooth, or use my speakerphone.

You realize that's dangerous, right?

Because buying a 40 dollar headset is just way too expensive! =P

@DreadRaptor85 Driving a car isn't cheap. You can pay thousands to buy and maintain a vehicle but you can't get a headset? Come on.
