it looks to me like your Interocular space is too far apart. How did you shoot this? What Cameras did you use, and how did you mount them? If they are side by side you may want to consider turning one upside down to get your lenses closer together. You can also help aid this within video editing software. Sony Vegas has some great tools for doing that exact thing.

@Snapx4000 That's because this isn't RealD 3D. It has to be filmed with a special camera, and be put together correctly, to work with those glasses. You have to go cross-eyed to see the 3D here. It's very subtle.
