I just got the Zombicidal Maniac achievement for 360 two nights ago, while I was getting torn apart by a Hunter.

One guy made it, we ALL got it. It might be different for PC, although that seems kinda stupid if it is.

I'm pretty sure it was always that way. you also cannot go idle during the game, If you have an older computer and load slow enough that you are counted as "idle", that will also screw it up.
