Brit clean and Crunch sounds great. As do the Tweed. The US high gain models leave a lot to be desired though.

Is it possible to plug Fx pedals (ie drive, wha wah, whamy...) before the pocket amp (clean setup?)?

@playagain79 Yes, I have the Palmer Pocket Amp, and definitvely i plug in after cry baby wah wah, digitech whammy DT and other pedals. Even after keyboards and some pedals.

Does it work equally well if you plug it, in front of a tube amp? I think it also has
a 1/4 output jack, does it work well with an amp, or is it just for straight connection to PA, or recording device?

@asprados no, this is a DI box... it's used for direct signals to a PA, recording device or active monitors
