I had a vegan friend that made her own baby food...Avocado mushed up is a good food,It has lots of good fat in it...I don't remember when to start solids...you can make a thin avacodo mash for her.and thicken as she gets older...I'm sure you know this already...yummers!

I want to say you have a beautiful daughter. I noticed both of you are really close to Oria & that's very special. She will receive a lot of blessings & love from you both. I'm Deaf & wish I can understand what you both say on the video because Audio Transcribe is not helping at all as all of those words are in jumble. Oria has Daddy wrapped around her little finger..lol.....It's going to be funny when she is walking and demanding everything from toys to your attention when you are on the phone or the computer....I see in Oria's face she is demanding already.She is whipping her head around asking for food, reaching out for Mommy 2 feed her ,it's so funny to see this,my daughter Zoye,was the same way..all babies are demanding lol....it's how far we let them go...
