  • Personally, I prefer the liberty over the dream, the dream is new but it has no more than the liberty, it's big but that's not always a good thing when you forget something in your room and you have to go back to get it. There are more people that all have to share everything that the liberty has anyway

  • Cant wait... Feb. 2011 im there!!

  • GREAT VIDEO! BUT WERE YOU GET THE SOFTWARE FROM TO MAKE AT KIND OF SIMULATION PLEASE!

  • @AngieLove242, Pirate Bay?

  • Ships are way to large these days all they care about is how many passengers can they fit on the ship

    try a or cunard windstar

  • @mburns8395, are you sure? RMS Titanic had a capacity of 3547 passengers, roughly one hundred less than that of the Carnival Dream. However, by gross tonnage (overall internal volume) this ship is almost three times as big as the old liner. So I wouldn't say "in these days..."

  • i went on thiss(: its jumboooo.!

  • Ship doesn't matter to much to me. I'm all about having fun on cruise ships. I have been on a few Royal, princess and carnival cruises and loved them all pretty much the same. some had better service and food than others but other than that I had a blast on each ship.

  • don't waste your money on this ship. It has been designed to compete with Oasis of the Seas and the Freedom of the Seas with regards to passenger capacity. In fact it actually has a higher passenger capacity then the Freedom of the Seas class ships yet it is 30,000 tons smaller.

    Dream-3.646

    Freedom of the Seas-3.634

Bottom line is that the Dream will have less space per passenger, less amenities, and will cost the same. Carnival is trying to stay in the cruise ship race by offering less.

  • Can't wait... Dec 12th 2009!

  • oasis of the seas is better

  • I'm so elated!

  • oasis of the seas volume is 56% bigger than this ship

  • cant wait to sail on her in Jan 2010!!!

  • Royal caribbean is way better in every way carnival is garbage

  • Ill be on it in 2010, carnival are great

  • Comment removed

  • Dang thats huge!

  • you should check out the oasis of the seas, it's even bigger alone with 7,300 passengers

  • I'm glad she looks a little different from the Carnval fleet. Just a little.

  • this ship has nothing to do with the Conquest class. This is a totally new class of ship. Once again the Homeric lunatic makes an uneducated comment...such a shame.

  • Wrong Drexel as usual. The Dream's interior layout is based on the the Destiny Class with an exterior influence from the Conquest Class. Instead of spouting off like you do without fact checking go on Wikipedia. Carnival is well known for recycling designs in their company tine and again. The Dream is nothing more than a been there, done that, a rubber stamped design from the past. There is nothing more annoying than a "fan" like you who merely repeats what Carnival tells them. Educate yourself.

  • vagina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • lol like ur comment!

  • Bigger ships do not have any thing to do with it, Except more people longers lines. Been on Carnival & Norwegian will try rccl. so far Carnival wins...

  • I totally agree..carnival wins by far...but i still have yet to try rccl

  • Once you try Royal Caribbean I think you'll love them.

  • Yeah i want to try royal sometime and i know i definatly will

  • I took Royal Caribbean on the Monarch of the Seas and it was great. She might of been small, but size kind of doesn't matter. I'm actually kind of scared to try Carnival.

  • Why? I had an amazing time on carnival..actully im going on the carnival triumph for my 3rd time this summer

  • I've heard many stories about Carnival and it doesn't sound good. Those people might have been lying but I kind of believe them. Also, if you see one Carnival ship, you've seen most of them.

  • Yea that is sorta true. the layouts are basically the same but i still have fun. i mean when on a cruise ship make the most of it!

  • If I get lucky, I might go on the Splendor. That means I would see how many of the Carnival ships?

  • you would definatly see quite a few lol..but i would try carnival just to see how you like it and if you dont, well, you know not to travel with carnival again. or you might want to try a 4 day or something short just to get a taaste of what carnival has to offer

  • I want to go on the Paradise on the 4 night Baja cruise. The thing is, I went on the Monarch of the Seas and she is alittle bigger than the Paradise, so I'm scared I might get clausterfobic, but a cruise is a cruise.

  • haha thats what i always say..i mean as long as its a cruise im fine with it lol...how many cruises have you been on? btw, i sent you a friend request so message me back please : )

  • ha i went on the pride its brother lol

  • I don't get this mesage

  • royal caribbean is way bettr than carnival our ships are always goin to be bigger

  • However, a grand majority of people have told me carnival cruises are much more fun and have more activities for people of all ages.

  • royal caribbean also costs thousands more than carnival i was going on the freedom of the seas with 5 people for $11,000 and now were on the carnival dream for $7,500

  • umm i am going on freedom of the seas with 5 people, 7 day, balcony room and royal promenade stateroom for only $5,400...idk where ur getting $11,000, if you want to talk about expensive, talk about disney cruise lines.

  • well it depends on where and when you're going

  • It should not cost 11,000 dollars. It should cost that much for a group of 14 or more.

  • AwSOME!! WHOOOOOO! 2 More days till im gone... well actually maby 1 but who cares?! im leaving!! in well by hours im leaving in maybe in 42 hours or so but im leaving on friday!!! WHO!

  • i'm leaving on friday

  • Under construction in Fincantieri ship-yard in Monfalcone italy, at 27 october exit to dry dock!

  • I'm so excited for it.

  • All this ship is an older Conquest Design hull with a couple of extra decks. This design sails for Costa and Carnival, for yrs now.

    Another uninspiring Carnival clone..

  • The stern design acually holds some promise. Very Royal Caribbean looking but Carnival finally decided to change something from all the clones they've built. No fan of watching jacuzzi bathers on the Promenade either in front of those eating as well. One deck too many built up as well..they look like homes with too many additions on them. Carnival is a quantity builder, replicating its designs within all its brands with very little thought to the customer. Carnival is not a quality ship owner.

  • do you think they might vhange their kind of building style or just keep it the same.
