@CatastrophicFILTH I used fruity loops to cut out the samples I wanted to use. Looped them and recorded various beat grid patterns in VDJ. Then I re-stretched the channels and put them back into fruity loops. Added in some small FX here and there. Primarily uplifters and few sweeps. Then put in some automations. This is a pretty old R3FUCK. I did it over a year ago and have since ditched VDJ altogether.

These days I mostly use:

Ableton, NI Massive, FM8, Oxygen, Nexus.
