wow its amazing what you can do in the states to save money. In canada, its really hard to save at the grocery store. we have all or most of our food sent to us from california or another province. I have to buy in bluk to get any deal what so ever. so I spend 1000.00 every six months and 50 dollars a month on things that run out. for the four of us and were are big people I spend 217.00 a month. Thats everything inc fast food.
