la verdad este juego fue muy bueno para el ps1 pero ya que lo sacaron otra vez para el ps2 mejor le hubieran mejorado los graficos y el juego hubiera sido perfecto
Murfy? "Favourite instructor"? LOL Anyways, I never got to the swimming bit before! I didn't get stuck or anything but I just didn't... Years after, I realised and wanted to play the game but it had broke...
What's the difference between the PS1 version and this one? Can somebody tell me please? I got the PSone version only but I'm thinking on getting this one too. I got another version on the DS but it's a crappy version.
@PortalSolar This one has got a complex Story, not just walk trough the levels. You must do something to go to the levels. They added some new places here. Rayman Revolution is so big.
you know the graphics don't look much better than the N64 version and there also seem to a few graphical flaws. The voice acting isn't even that plausible. This almost looks like a flawed Xbox 360 game. But don't thumb me down! I'm not making any real judgements yet' after all i haven't played the game.
did i go the wrong way on this game.can anyone tell me how to get through where the pirates come out of a house and then there's a building on a cliff (you have to walk through a wooden bridge.
The PS2 version has a full 3D World Map (free-roaming), compared to the PS1/N64/DC version's world map which is more akin to the map from the first Rayman.
Also, the PS2 has voice acting, instead of gibberish. Although you can choose a gibberish voice called "Raymanese".
@vingamer0723 just as a fact, the ps1 had voice acting too!!great stuff for ps1!!!and ps1 lacked some levels...just like 2 or 3...anyway xcepting that its all the same and dont forget there was also a pc version :)
@vingamer0723 But dude, they have english voices too in the PS1 version, I looked and saw gameplay with those voices. Oh whatever maybe not, who knows?
o ya good times, I bought this game when I was a kid on pc and I was like 6 and my brothers were like 6 and 16 or something, too bad canada doesn't have psn card yet.....
i remember this game when i was young

the funniest thing about that guide was in Rayman arena after his cutscenes of explaining how a mode worked, he got the shit beat out of him.
that was probably what I waited for to happen for a LONG time. XD

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I beat it before, either that or the PS1 version...Might have beat both.

And, yeah, I know there was a Dreamcast Version.
vingamer0723 2 years ago
ps1 version has a better voice acting than the ps2 version, in the ps1 version they speak loud and clear unlike this one.
leniman123 2 years ago
The ps1 version was equally shallow in voice acting as in the PS2 version. At least for me it was.
LaJin9292 2 years ago
the PC had 3D map too but they still speak gibberish
