I had a FedEx guy just throw one of my brothers packages over a 5 foot tall fence. It was carrying some electronic equipment. Luckily it wasn't broken. But I was shocked. I was waiting by the window to sign for it like I always do and literally watched him throw it, I told my brother, and he wasn't happy obviously, but nothing was damaged so it turned out fine.
I work at UPS handling packages and unloading trucks of packages and they just pretty much throw them and let them slam down on the ground, I remember one of the packages being a long flat box and one of the guys tried to lift it, but ended up kicking the shit out of it out of frustration, turned out it was a flat screen T.V. and he ended up cracking the plasma screen inward, they didn't really care and sent it on it's merry way, fucking brutal... also to front of the box was transparent

I've recently done a news story about FedEx. They took a package from my now dead aunt, and, destroyed 3 items in the box and lost the rest. They tried to brush me off with $100.00! My aunt sent these things to me, from her death bed. She wanted me to have these items and FedEx destroyed and lost them all. They never contacted me to ask if I wanted the broken items. They are the worst ship company. This video doesn't surprise me!

hey guys first of all make a distinction. This is fedex home delivery aka ground not express. Ground sucks, express actually cares big difference. Ground are independent contractors who dont give a crap, express drivers ex. me are hourly employees who actually care about our customers. Also the shippers package these electronic boxes carefully for this exact kind of damage so the equipment was probably fine.

Its not an easy job, very hard, you are doing over 500 packages a day including pickups. Packages might be 100 lbs. Then you have to deliever express packages on time to avoid getting shit from Sups and Mngr. 98 out of 100 people will quirt this job after one day.

Thats what Im getting now and our overtime starts after 5 hours everyday.. I did go to Fedex for but pay and hours were too low coz its not unionized right?. Yeah its a very hard job though.

From my experience, this is a fairly typical FedEx delivery. So many damages and the packages always look like they went through this. I use USPS or UPS. Now you know why.

you did get your pagage and it was "on time", all packages come with the assurance of non damaged or the courier will return when informed to retreive the package to be inspected and either returned to shipper or repackaged at customers request. Fedex stands behind every customer, so don't sweat the little concerns as bigger fish are more important

It's a Hewlett-Packard box, and yes, they are VERY well packed! Very thick Styrofoam packing inside.

you did get your pagage and it was "on time", all packages come with the assurance of non damaged or the courier will return when informed to retreive the package to be inspected and either returned to shipper or repackaged at customers request. Fedex stands behind every customer, so don't sweat the little concerns as bigger fish are more important
