The faint wave noises in the background kind of help to give this song that "Final Badass Duel" feel. Also, the organ in the background makes me think of Lord English. So, while I may be completely off, I'd say that this would work really well as the Strife theme for the boss battle against Lord English. (Maybe not the FINAL battle, though- Judgement Day from Vol.8 or maybe Showtime for the nostalgia lulz would work better for that. Assuming we even have a final boss battle.)
I think of Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations at the beginning of this piece up to 1:10. Funny.
