This is the 3rd track from the soundtrack of the game "Wing Commander: Prophecy", its full name is "The Vampire Strikes Back".

Also on that same soundtrack CD, there's a Rammstein song (4th track in fact), which is probably what caused this confusion over the artist.

This is 100% Die Krupps. It came out in the late 90s and was part of the Wing Commander computer game series. KMFDM's Stray Bullet was in the game as well. Forgot who else was involved with the soundtrack. Wing Commander Prophecy was the name of the game, I think it was.

The anime is Hellsing. I'll post the band who did the song when I can find out. I've been trying to find out since 2007, when I first heard it. So far I'm fairly certain it's not Die Krupps (although it's reminiscent of their sound), and most certainly NOT Rammstein.
