Beacuse they have way more money available than ROH.
I remember when ECW fans were booing the WWE wrestlers and Tazz on commentary said "hey, if you pay your money for your ticket, you can boo and cheer whoever you want, its all good as far as I'm concerned". Then again, TNA don't charge for entry to the Impact Zone. It was a one off anyway.

Agreed, and telling the fans that they're cast member and telling them not to chant negative thoughts about their crap is just wrong.
They're there to entertain the fans, they should be listening to the fans opinions, not trying to silence them.
Listen to the fans, they know what they fan, if you please your fans they want chant bullshit, bullshit and we want six sides!

The interviewer even tried to steer Cornette into talking about ROH but he was more concerned about trying to bury Hogan/TNA.
Give Hogan a chance, If he fucks it up then come back and say he did. But to run around saying this stuff before giving him a chance makes Cornette look bitter.

ya I know he is an ass lol, and he does have a certain bias against them but he's just pissed that he was fired and misused by them. but he makes for some entertaining commentary because of it lol.
