This is about how they didn't put the colovian fur hat into oblivion, but M'aiq had a colovian fur hat in morrowind. He will always be in Elder scrolls. Well atleast i hope so.

@Hazasaurus98 He appears randomly unfortunately. You can find him anywhere but inside caves or cities. I've only encountered him twice. When I first met him, I believe it was north-west of Whiterun, 4 in-game hour walk. He was at a storm cloak camp. The other time was on the road to Redoran's Retreat. I'm not sure if he appears there first, and has a pre-designed path though. Can't help you there, sorry.

You can glitch your character into going the fastest you can go by drinking 30 skooma. Try it, it works.

@jsmillard not true. on xbox i used a glitch that u can infinitly equip rings that give u movement speed. duped alot of them. my movement was already maxed since it was full on speed and athletics. my movement was over 100% . then i added necklaces and other items that give speed. that way u get faster than u can with skooma and maxed speed

@StandardNeekeri I lost oblivion sadly, but you could only drink a couple of potions at a time. all you had to do was drink and re open up your inventory. I don't know how many exactly but its a decent amount
