hi, can i say to you that EMISSIVITY is when you use an ifra red temp unit, it wont take correct temp, off acrylics, glass, stainless, alloys of any shinny transparent surface, it like a stick in water deflects, and you only get a partial reading back... never true reading....
Yes I have, I contructed a 3 cell system that gave me about 1 ltr in 1 min. this particular video was to see if we can control amps with temp control. The cooler you make it, the less HHO you get. I did not put the HHO meter on this generator yet.

i use black dots to take readings off put on the side of my units, you can use tape {insalating type] paint dot, as long as it is black.

Very cool. Have you tried a HHOMeter to measure liters per minute and how the cooling effects production?
