  • tennesse walker

  • i love your horse i also have tennesse walker and i jump him 3,9-4ft, but a little advice just wait for your horse he'll pop u up in your 2 point instead of u being ahead of him, (and sorry if you didn't want any advice) ☻

  • good job i have a 2 year old and she is a Tennessee walking horse too but i an proud of you because people think that they cant jump but their as good as other horses i think lol and great job!!!!! and i will be posting videos here soon

  • Just watched your fall off of Jack..My god you were ok after???? Jack has a lovely free jump, he look's like he's come along way..Can I give you a hint though..Wait for him to lift over the jump before you move..In this vid. you look like your trying to jump before the horse..Please take this as helpfull advice. I'm not trying to sound like a no-it-all..Once again just love your horse.

  • Yeah, it's ok though. I was horrible about getting ahead. Believe me, a lot of no stirrup work and riding other horses fixed that so now I don't lunge out of the saddle too quickly. That's the main reason I used to fall off. But I was fine when I fell off in my video. Just a rolled ankle. I was back in the saddle like 2 days later.

  • Yeah, I've competed with Jack. We did a BN horse trial in october and got 5th place out of 17!! It is difficult, but it's so rewarding!

  • I love tennessee walkers. My pon is half it. She is a great jumper! She can jump about five feet with a rider. But without one... who knows! :D Great job with him.

  • woop woop my horse iz called jack lush name lmao

  • i got a jack too! no jumpin, just barrels though

  • that horse is in pause just befor he jumpes very strange

  • my horses do that too, idk why though, but they make it over!

  • that's great! keep it up, i know you'll get her doing it! just be consitent, walkers are smart and try to get away with stuff, but she'll do it if you work together!!

  • hi! we show in eventing! with all the warmbloods and TBs! haha! TWHs are great, and they defninitely CAN trot. Just work with her. She'll pick it up. Walkers are great b/c they've got great attitudes and are very willing. Now don't get me wrong, you wont get as far as you would with a TB, but my boy has the potential to do novice/training, but right now we're just doing beginner novice.

  • yeah that's a really tennessee walker...and whoever told you that is full of bull, b/c any horse can jump if it wants to.

  • Is that horse really a tennessee walker because I was told u coudn't jump tennessee walkers

  • My Walker jusmps and he is trotting but not consistently yet. He still likes to pace when he's nervous. We just started showing this year over jumps

  • Haha, yeah we are having some problems with pacing... :D It's a t. walker thing sadly. It is the weirdest thing to post...

  • Yeah! So there is hope for me and the t- walker that I am leasing to jump and get a true trot! lol.

  • definitely...if you look closely he picks up the normal trot a few times...and if anyone tells you that you can't jump a walker..they're lying. good luck..you can totally do it. my boy LOOOVES jumping.
