  • Nice video and an important message!

Pity that here in Europe (Portugal) the AM broadcasters don't let anybody salvage their old equipment (most of it is American built) and simply junk it or send to Africa...

It's sad, I'm a HAM and also in the radio industry for over 30 years, both on AM and FM,

  • Great video! I missed this one somehow when it was uploaded glad I found it even if almost a year late. Nice work!

  • Many many years ago I speculated what it would be like if and when hams would get to utilize pro and commercial broadcasting gear in their rig ensembles. Now here it is a reality.:) Thing is transplanting one of those old plate-modulated is next to impossible because they contained components that were filled with biohazardous CFC-based oils.

  • great

  • Very well done! I recently got my ham license and also want to relive some of my radio past with a vintage broadcast transmitter and console/processing equipment.

    And so, the search begins...

  • Awesome! 73 John KX5JT

  • I am an avid fan of vintage recording gear, I make all my commercials, and phone hold with an RCA 44bx.

  • Great Video.. de N9AMI
