Oh boy! I just got done playing the xbox beta, and I am very disappointed, I know is a beta but I have not seen nothing close to what DICE show us on early trailers unless that was PC gameplay. It plays just like BF2 with a small graphic upgrade. Too many bugs, slow pace, clunky gameplay to many things going bad in the console version. I am considering not buying this anymore, is almost dejavu, when BF2 was coming out they show all this videos got me hype up and them bought the game, i was sad;(

They gave us codes for both pc and consoles the beta on console wasn't available until august. So at this date july 24.2011 there was no beta out. Even if you had a beta key you were only able to play late august.

BF3 = A realistic battle simulator heavy on teamwork.

And the reason they have small maps is so you don't have to wait for action.

Go play search and destroy. That is the slowest Black Ops game mode and is alot like rush. the respawn delay is kinda like BF's but....a little longer. Also play demolition. Its more fast paced but if played on ARRAY or SILO or DISCOVERY thats would be close to BF.
