The delay is due to the network, not the ipad, projector or software.
There are now apps that will do this straight to a PC/Mac, such as "Air Sketch".
its very lagy i dont know who wants to jail break /damage there ipad and watch video that isnt in sync with audio i love how you ae only looking at the ipad not the screen mybe because its to slow try fiquring somthing else out nerd!!!
