This river is Life Line of almost 5 crore Gujarati people & after long time we are able to get fruits of Million rupees worth of investment. Before the dam on Narmada wasn't build, people used to get drinking water once a week. now its better, that we atleast are getting it alternet day (in Rajkot & in Desert of Kutch).

Unfortunately, few un-sesible people like Megha Patkar & Amir Khan dont like the water reaching to desert..
