Learning NVC does take some investment in time and effort. I recommend listening to more clips it is a really good powerful life changing process.

It was nice, pretty standard, but the short  clip doesn't seem to provide any obvious solutions for improving how we handel a situation within ourselves or in a seemingly confrontational situation.

@Sephroe It emphasises asking a person for what you would like them to do, rather than telling them what you don't want. Sometimes people do things because they don't know of any other way to act, so it can help to give them some positive ideas.
