Yes John the primary cats were deleted. You can't install the Kleemann headers and utilize the OEM primary cats, but we can add 200 cell High-flows this way you will not get a C.E.L. and remain emission/OBDII compliant. That's what we do for all of the Kleemann header upgrades.

Davis this E55 already had a supercharger pulley installed. We added the Kleemann headers, about a month after this video we tuned the ECU. The biggest power gain on these V8 Kompressor's is replacing the stock manifolds with a set of tubulars.

Really nice sound there, many after market exhaust systems just makes the car sound worse. It sounds like the headers have changed the sound slightly compared to stock headers? Will find myself an E55 W211 Touring as soon as my Skyline's sold.

Thanks for the compliments SupraTompan....the stock headers have an outlet diameter of 1.6", these Kleemann headers have an outlet diameter of 2.27". Major improvements on all platforms (430/500/55/63).
