aww that looked so fun! i loved my kyokushin days... but i moved and there's no place to continue it here... so i joined shotokan which is cool but kyokushin will always be my frst love ^_^ haha

Since when did they start wearing head gear ? As far I know kyokushin kai karate is the only full contact karate without any safety gear except for ball guard.

@inepali headgears are tkd. tkd are one of the sports that wear padding & headgear for safety purposes.
