Who said anything about a resort? You could hike the the top of Squaw, Heavenly, Northstar or just some higher elevations in the Tahoe area and find snow all year long. I'm not saying I would do it again but I have done it in the past.

you still wouldnt be hitting a perfect 6ft kicker, getting massive air, landing on a HUGE transition :) still i'll give it to you....you cant replace snow, but wait till you see the progression snowflex can give you during the off season...you wont deny it.

@phryks snowflex is pretty good, 2 of my friends just learned how to do frontflips there and they r 13, the landings r a hell of a lot softer than snow
