Las locaciones y las canciones de shakira fueron lo único bueno de esta película, después de esta creo que será difícil que traten de hacer otra película de proyección internacional en colombia, con proyección internacional me refiero a gran inversión y actores de talla mundial.... : ( aunque la obra de García Márquez es excelente la pelicula no gustó mucho a la critica y a decir verdad a mi tampoco, es una lastima porque las locaciones son hermosisimas....
Con canciones como esta es fácil sentirse el protagonista de la película, aunque no hay historia más dulce y a la vez más amarga que la nuestra. Me quedo con todos los momentos de alegría, de complicidad, con esas miradas, esos "morritos"... me quedo con todo el amor que hubo y que siempre habrá, aunque lo llamemos de otra forma. Te quiero por lo que ha sido y por lo que hubiera podido ser. Gracias por hacerme feliz

Although the movie didn't do the book justice, it was absolutely breathtaking aesthetically and the scenes you chose and this song are so perfect together.
the book is Gabriel Garcia Marquez's masterpieces, the movie is an achievement for Colombians period. Yes, it wasn't 100% true to the book but in order for it to be made by Hollywood it was done well & adapted well. It was filmed in Colombia & I am so pleased that Shakira recorded songs for it!!!
Its from a movie....Love in the Time of Cholera by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. Shakira is really good friends with the Colombian writer, so when they offered to make his book a movie he asked Shakira to write the music for it.
