Aaron Spelling made sure they did this ending in case the show was cancelled. But when the show was about to air the finale, FOX hadn't made up thier mind and advertized it as "season finale" so they made the cliffhanger. The head of FOX loved Models Inc, however after the finale aired, they cancelled it in favor of Party of Five.

I am hoping with the releases of 90210 and Melrose, they will release Models. Gotta have the entire 90210 franchise on DVD. I need to get rid of the VHS tapes!

In Germany on RTL, they showed this episode as a 2 hour series finale.

the alternate ending was not shown in the Netherlands, untull 0:25 and then the aaron spelling logo was shown.

There isn't a full epsisode with this. They weren't sure they were going coming back for a second season, so they shot this bit. It later aired on E!

They shot this because they weren't sure if they were going to be renewed or not. I think it finally aired on E!.

That was so sad! This is my first time seeing this. So I'm guessing Adam and Monique got married anyway even though Grayson was killed. That's kind of callous! Anyway, I love Julie and her guy together. I had completely forgotten about them!
