Dont have the tracks on the same Project file... send the project file instead of exporting that should also work.

And, I wanted the bass drum to be heavy, and stuff. I messed around with compressions and stuff, but now the bass drum is too loud. So, is there anyway I can change the volume of the bass drum without changing the overall volume of the track or song?

select the track, and then click the Track Editor [scissors looking button in the bottom left corner] depending on how you made the beat, you can click "score notation" and select the bass drum beats, and then to the left side of the screen there'll be a Velocity meter, just move the velocity of the bass drum up for every beat.

Double Click on the Loop that has the bass drum and turn the intensity up (It has to be a software loop and not a recorded or pre recorded instrument, [Green Loop].

For a PC, you can get Sonar Cakewalk for recording Audio/MIDI. It's WAY better than garage band crap.
