Terrorist threats, the Aussie team members itself can't move outside the Games village without heavy security, poor infrastructure, "Delhi belly" and other sicknesses athletes and officials have contracted. A crowd which won't be quiet at the start of races, and some officials have been quite rude to athletes. That is why top athletes are not there, and why more won't come back
