  • Nice and straight to the point! 9.5 / 10 !

  • nice

  • I'm 6'2 300 pound on a 20 inch and I can do a lot. If you are having trouble with size get a top load stem and taller bars maybe wider if I like and both of these will hep your Hight problem also if u like to ride high shorter crank arms or if u like to be more even with ur bike get longer crank arms!

  • @tooohype yea it does matter and If you sox feet you need a 20 inch bike not a 18 but I won't really matter and yea I depends on the weight to to pull up on the bike, mine is a 20 inch 25 pound bike

  • does it matter wat size bmx u have? i have a 18 in diamondbabk gring 2011 and im 6 feet tall !! please reply!....ps i did not buy this bike it was a gift

  • @tooohype 18 inch is too small for someone who is 6 foot really but in terms of making it harder to manual I don't think it does, it just changes where the balance point is. Weight of the frame will affect it more :) Hope this helps dude

  • Knees hips and bum

  • and now without brakes Oo

  • Cool

  • how long will it take to learn this?thanks

  • i havent seen this vid in like, 5 years -_-

  • i keep trying but i still cant keep my balance how high should i put my wheel???

  • @yomamalikesu2 A bit like your name...

  • after watching your video i can manual for ages now

  • Bum bum bum lol :)

  • There's something else you should know: the position of your pedals affects how much you lift. As an example, if I have both cranks lined up with the frame (horizontally, like the guy in the video is doing) I'm going to need to lift up a lot but I'm going to be more stable, otherwise, if I have the cranks vertically lined up with the frame I'm going to have to lift up only a bit but I'm gonna need more effort to keep the balance. Hope this will help as it did to me. Play with it and have fun.

  • @sixtx i can lift the front wheel up like 4 inches and the it goes back down.. im kinda small.. any help?

  • @xtremelysrry Try keeping your arms fully straight but relaxed, then pull up using your legs only, just like if you would want to kick your bike away, that motion is how you should learn manual when you're brakeless. You may not be able to keep it at first, but as soon as you get the hang of it you'll start to learn how much you need to lift up and it will get a lot easier. Keep in mind that in case that your pedals are not lined up horizontally the lower pedal will be the one you lift up with.

  • @xtremelysrry The position of your body will affect how much you need to lift up too. As a matter of fact, the lower the weight is, the more stable things are. When you're doing a manual this would work most times, as doing manuals like the guys in this video usually require a brake (because when you're too high the rear wheel tends to slip off). If you have none, stay low, very low, but keep in mind that the lower you'll get, the less you'll need to lift up. Try with this, then write me back :)

  • @sixtx I seem to be leaning all the way back until I'm pretty much above the back wheel but my bike still stays on the ground and when I try to pull the front wheel goes up maybe an inch...any other tips?

  • @TorisimGaming Yes, the fact that the bike does not pull up is because by leaning back that far without pushing before you just balance the whole thing.. Try lifting your front pedal as high as you can, pull up gently and your bike should lift up no matter what.. Synthesis: the more you can pull the higher knee to your chest the less effort you'll need to pull up.

  • @sixtx Lifting my front pedal, as in having my crank vertical instead of being horizontal?

  • @TorisimGaming Yes exactly.

  • Thanks alot I'm doing better on my manuals

  • ay sí, ay sí.

  • but if you have a big ass no problem with the manual

  • @mrmzbmx1 then kim kardashian would be a pro at manualing

  • looks easyer then it is :(

  • 1:00 "Your Bum"

  • @Marknarcotic Grow up

  • @Vizzix lighten up

  • @Marknarcotic I didn't find it funny really :/

  • @Vizzix Doesn't mean you can ruin the joy of others.

  • @Marknarcotic In the Uk that isn't funny because it just means your Backside. It's like saying 'ass' and laughing about it.

  • @Vizzix It's not the word that's funny for me, it's the way he says it. Why do you get all butt hurt about this? No pun intended.

  • @Marknarcotic Lets just leave it at that mate, sorry for any offence :)

  • @bmyoutube4evarr

I thought so too, but it is easier to lift your tire the further back you lean but if u think it's the weight I think the average bike weights like 32 lbs

  • my bmx is too heavy i cant do it :D

  • first you gotta learn manual or bunny hop?

  • @tusmuertosdeusuario bunny hop, casue if u first learn bunny hop then u can learn 180 and 366 flat.

  • @MageAtYou you gotta learn to fall "right" or correctly or you can just get over your fear somehow BMXing WILL get you hurt in some way I've started like 3 weeks ago and I've eaten shit trying to manual but everything comes at a price and I'm not afraid of falling anymore

  • I went to this skatepark it called creation in birmingham

  • I DID IT THEN I FELL OF ... WHY !

  • i cant get the front wheel up high enough if my strong foot is right then should it be in front of the cranks or back near the back wheel ???? any suggestions or help for me?????

  • i manual on 2X4 wood beams!

  • LOL Bum (1:00)

  • @bitch1712 said the same thing lol

  • @MageAtYou For the mental problem, try to go a lttle bit higher each time, maybe wear as much as protection you have. When you pull your bars a little bit higher each time, you will notice it will go easier. If you solved the mental problem, you will manage to pull your bars harder. Also, pedaling helpster to get your bars up. Watch others do it, and make yourself jealous to the ones who manage to do the manual. I Hope i helped you!

  • I have a very heavy BMX, the "bar" in the middle is a bit thicker than on normal BMX.

Also I do not seem to overcome the fear of falling, how should I defeat those two objects, one being a mental one.

Should I get a friend to "help" me, like push me to do it? Should I overdo the pulling, just to know where it is to much and learn that unbalance is not "dangerous".

  • @MageAtYou Best advice for your mental problem is to Fall. Sounds stupid but once it happens you wont have that big fear of it anymore.

  • @koustiscards93 It does not sound stupid but to actually DO it is harder :P

  • @MageAtYou The way I got over it was to just keep pulling up and back on the bars and jumping off the back off the bike over and over again until I got over the fear and got a feel for where the balance point was.

  • thank fuck its not expert village there!!!

  • Fail, true manual is without break suckers.

  • @krudnicki1996 the breaks are for the speed.

  • check this link

    from KSA

    youtube.com/watch?v=C-DeqMPknr0

  • Using your knees for balancing is usefull when riding without hands. You can also steer like that then.

  • XD turn CC on and go to 2:09 omg it said "whaling pulling upon the balls" lol

  • lmao. "your bum"

  • Finally i can do it... well not yet though cause i need Pegs.....

  • @TheDjdocdman

Plus my manual position is with Left foot forward and Right foot back, I pull back and when i pump to keep back/forward balance my right foot makes the right pedal Vertial instead of even with the bike. Its hard to explain. I'd appreciate help. And i've been riding for 2 years n' stil nothing. Ty

  • @Aniallator1234567890 if you are afraid to manual, then idk what to tell you. just push your back break, or jump off.
