  • Wow. I mean wow.

    a) Wapner returns for this boring case over old shoes.

    b) The plantiff's highlight for his life is a 15 minute case with Wapner. I wonder if he'll still be sitting in the same shitty booth with old shoes in another 8 years' time.

  • those boobs on that woman .

    MILF!

  • 50 dollars. Our tax dollars at work people.

  • this was a waste of time

  • $50? You go to court for $50?

    Really?

  • "...You were doing great 'till you mentioned that bit of information." Layman's terms, "Thanks for the precedence you fool." lol

  • why did he ask for $2000? LOL

  • That blond chick has nice tits

  • Normally a special.appearance means the judge is in properia persona. Well guess what? He has taken an oath in office. He cant be in properia persona. I just dont get it?

  • who the fricken blonde outside by the dick commentator!!! Hot in her white bra!!!

  • He blew his case when he mentioend his repremand LOL should have kept quiet

  • @NativePrairieWolf - I wonder if he would have won if he didn't say that.

  • Who wants to smell somebody's nasty, stinky shoes!

  • The sign says 'marilyn millian' XD

  • if i were going to bang that blonde behind harvey, i would need her to have to paperbags over the head

  • It's a louder gavel than he used to have. You could barely hear his gavel in the old days.

  • The judges on The People's Court were Wapner, Ed Koch, and now Milian, correct? Or am I forgetting anyone?

  • @RBNightlinger Judge Judy's husband,Jerry Sheindlan.

  • Going to court over $50? What a waste of time...

  • @SIM2402 He sued for $2000, but Judge Wapner reduced it.

  • Poor old man Wapner is grumbling, "I'm too old for this garbage". Punk kids wasting my time over a pair of shoes. This is why he retired.

  • Plaintiff was a douchebag ... I bet he would go home feeling like a champ if he had won $5 ... what a piece of shit.

  • they pay like $200 to come on this show. lolz, he is so happy he won $50

  • @marcmody

They're paid to go on the show, and the show also pays the winning party on behalf of the losing party.

  • youve been there for more than 7 years and you still have that accent?

  • except..... it said on the employee memo that you can't leave your personal belongings... so.... that's cool...

  • His mama teach him, $50 stinking shoe, go ask for 2000

  • Curious, the litigant that came after this Judge. Was it Judge Marilyn of Wapner?

  • luv Wapner

  • how come he sue for 2000$? the shoes aint worth a 10th of it!!

  • all this shit over $50

  • It would be so nice if they could get all the People's Court judges together for one show.

    Great seeing Judge Wapner again.

  • the plaintiff was asking for TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS !!!

Glad Wapner saw thru his n1gg3r shit.

  • 2:26

  • Judge Wapner is still a cutie. He looks so dignified, reminds me of George Washington. lol

  • WOW FAIL HE WANTED 2000 dollars for dumb shoes?

  • this case was extraordinarily dull. JM is much more lively than that old guy.

  • defendent was like thank you now go die

  • harvey levin should have been in the holocaust.

  • @fran9860 and you should have been hitler's dick holder.

  • @tavolo22 do you want to fuck my dookie hole?

  • I thought the company rules stated employees weren't to leave personal items in the booth. So why was the defendant reprimanded?

  • my mom also told me not to leave my stuff at someones place cause something could happen to them...........i gues his mom never told him that

  • Wapner goes back into freezing after this case. That's how he stays alive. :)

  • @WickedJargon Car-Bo-Nyte!

  • The judge does NOT look 90!

  • @potterfanatic2 wapner once made a ruling for 7 dollars on the people court... a kid sued a store for no refund on batteries that were dead.

  • Why is this country so sue crazy. People sue others for the supidest things. That was a waste of time and energy, I think he just sucked another 90 years out of the judge, I would have slapped him. And why was he suein for $2000, emtional distress???? Did he loose sleep over not being able to keep his shoes for his whole life? I think he wanted to pass those shoes down to his grandkids!

  • I HATE Harvey - he mentioned THREE times in 10 minutes that he worked with judge Wapner, we get it, you're a leech...and Judge Wapner is only 30 years old, but Harvey sucked the life out of him and put it in his damn water bottle...

  • The plaintiff shouldn't be awarded a dollar, FOUR YEAR OLD SHOES that were $130.00 new? He got his money's worth of wear out of them...

  • "do your feet stink?" LOL... best line

  • @lalea72pop I agree LOL!

  • This is my new favourite TV show. Not too sure where the claim for $2000 came from. I love the way the guy was happy he won when he was only awarded $50! Its a shame the Judge Wapner didn't bring that part up.

  • Awesome. It was good to see Judge Joseph Wapner once again. May 'The People's Court' live on and inspire us to not take the law to our own hands but to take the law to court. Thanks for posting!

  • It was good to see Mr Wapner again!!!

  • this is something their boss could handle and someone this petty and irresponsible shouldn't keep his job.

  • this is so pathetic...$50. my god. what a waste of time and dignity.

  • Home training- it's lovely concept. Wish more people trained their kids.

  • They went to court over a pair of shoes? Pathetic.

  • I almost had tears watching. Judge Wapner and Judge Milian make a great team.

  • I agree with Judge.

The plaintiff says he never had a single complaint- that includes the defendant. Why didn't the defendant complain or warn the plaintiff? No, he just threw away the shoes. That's ridiculous behaviour.

  • if it clearly states in the handbook no personal items are to be left in the booth. then thats that. plain and simple. it doesnt matter if no one ever said anything about it before. its a rule. and the judge didnt ask to see the paper the defendant had stating that and the bailiff made no move to take them to the judge. hmmm....fishy?

  • Autistic savants LOVE this show.

  • $50? wow nice court case

  • Im sure wapner was thrilled to come outta retirement and preside over this case. Watching 2 losers complain about $50 shoes must have really been a thrilling moment for him in his last case ever.

  • @potterfanatic2 Greedy people!!!! $50 helps support his habits!!

  • I just want to say that Judge Wapner's decision was wrong. It was in the hand book not to leave your personal belongings in your booth. The fact that he got away with it for 7 years means nothing because it is in the handbook. The reprimands the guy received from work were also wrong because again, it's in the hand book but out of repect for his co-worker, he should have just asked him to please remove his shoes at the end of the shift and from that point followed chain of command to remedy.

  • HAHAHA this really is american cheese at its finest. only in america will a country make a mockery of its justice system. Its all for ratings, no other reasin to broadcast court houses. no wonder everyone laughs at dumb stupid americans!!!!

  • is judge Wapner Italian?

  • the WAP dropped the hammer!!!!!!!!!

  • older looking blonde behind harvey has a huge rack

  • THIS IS PATHETIC! WHY DID HE JUDGE A CASE OF SHOES?!?!?! Should have been something like armed robbery or something with meat! AGh!

  • Who cares if it is 5000+$ shoes or a pair of Vans. Either way, clean up after yourself! And the defendant and the plantiff are both to blame. The defendant should not have touched his stuff even though it was in his way, and the plantiff should not have left them there in the first place. Rules are Rules.

  • hes 90 yrs old and hes still putting up with shit from us littil kuntz lol

  • damn just buy some new shoes come on man

  • that's bullshit...he put the excuse thath e worked for like 7 years or something? who gives a shit..the guy in the blue shirt says they can't leae anything over there so he shouldn't have to pay shit. i disagree with the judge.

  • Wapner is great, but I disagree with his ruling once again...the plaintiff was NEGLIGENT by chronically leaving personal property in an area easily accessible by other employees. The defendant should have prevailed.

  • lol 50 bucks is hardly worth the time at all.

  • I LOVED seeing this - Judge Wapner looks great & is still the best and always will be the original. He was always real and not ever over-the-top.

  • What a bunch of morons in the crowd.

  • I remember watching Wapner and Doug Louwellin (sp) Let us not forget RUSTY the balif.... Brings back great memories....

  • He's talking about "home training" because that guy touched his stuff. If he had home training he wouldn't be leaving his $hit behind in the work booth.Oy!

  • What a bald-headed boobie. The plaintiff basically said "The new guy is an asshole." and then proved it.

  • $50.00 jajajajajaja

  • Cute plaintiff, nice looking. But it really wasnt very clear what happened to the shoes. Did they just stayed outside until somebody picked them up? I would have put them in a bag, sealed it, and/ or told the plaintiff or the supervisor about the situation. Some details just werent analised well in both parties arguments. But if the defendant put them outside and forgot about them, then i guess he didnt do the right thing. Too big a show for some old shoes, i guess.

  • @otirudam Yes, you're right -- it wasn't analyzed enough. I'm surprised that Wapner didn't ask him why he left them outside, when he already said that he usually put them back in the booth when he left work.

Also, I just have to say it: "DA BOOF!" LOL

  • hahaha u kidding me? u took sum1 to court over a pair of shoes. How about i just punch you in the face for losing my expensive shoes and we call it even.

  • The guy blew it when he said he was reprimanded for touching another person's property. Wopner said so himself.

  • lol. a 50 dollar ruling

  • What the hell was this suposed to mean:

"JW contributed to the American public, understanding American law just as much as just anybody..."

Maybe I'm not getting it, but doesn't this mean that JW would understand law as much as the average Joe? The way he worded sounds like an insult more than a compliment.

  • @TheMedievalNerd I was very poorly worded, but what he meant to say was that JW helped the American public to increase their understanding of law.

  • What a total waste of time, suing someone for 4 year old pair of shoes. If I was the judge I would of awarded him 10$. Go buy a double down at KFC and move on with your life. And I can't believe vindicated the P looked at the end. Big f'ing deal.

  • "do your feet stink"?

  • plaintiff is the loser of the case.

  • These shoes have been worn 8 hours a day 5(?) days a week for 4 years... of course they'd fucking stink. I don't see how that was any issue of debate.

  • Home Training??? NIGGA take your shit home.

  • The plaintif's accent is fuckin annoying.

  • @FromBrazilWithLove, Welcome to New York...

  • I love Judge Marilyn Milian, she's so pretty and firey, and I also loved Judge Wapner and would love it if you posted some of his old shows. Judge Judy I don't love so much. The People's Court's people are much better. :)

  • Completely and utterly the wrong ruling. If it is a written rule that no personal belongings are to be left in the booth subsequent to your shift then the fact that they were removed on the grounds of the workplace being effected by the action of breaking said rule, it is justified.

  • wow Im in love with the blonde woman on the street. Beautiful.

  • PS.. And yes i am black

  • Judge W may have been the start of this whole courtroom TV thing..but hes dull and slow now...God love him though.

  • As Wapner leaves the bench, he mumbles to himself:

"People are fucking suing each other over a five year old pair of shoes. Now I remember why I quit this meaningless, boring job!".

  • dumb niggers only say clarence thomas, a sex offender... good job jungle bunnies... stupid, filthy members of a no good race.

  • @JessOnTheRun OMG! I truly hope English is not your first language (and any due apologies are given to those for whom English is their second language).Your spelling is beyond description;so bad,in fact, that your grammar can not receive comment.Translating your mess into some semblance cannot be done.Is there no bound on stupidity? No limit past which the human brain must ascend to be considered part of a civilized being? Apparently not. Thanks for the supremely negative score, it made my day.

  • @bringbkth90s: where exactly do you see misspelling?

You cant be serious about this, being that you spell civilised incorrectly... hate to inform you my uneducated, lower middle class, blue collar friend... but the world learns and speaks British English... American english is generally mocked & laughed over.

& u talk of grammar? re-read your menagerie of illogical conclusions.LOL... know what IRONY is? Because your post was a text book example.

No wonder I make more money than you.

  • ZING!

    BAM!

    destroyed, dismissed and disposed!

    SLAP!

  • @JessOnTheRun The white people couldn't name another single judge.

  • @Bloodrozer: because whites dont stand in front of judges like blacks and hispanics do.... LOL

    ZING!

  • this guy was a true legend. i remember watching him judge through out most of my teenage years

  • Totally off subject: The blonde Harvey is interview in the gray shirt is SMOKING HOT!!!

  • I really don't see how the defendant was at fault in this case. there there was a standing policy pertaining to said work environment, it should've been a clear judgement from the start.

  • It was indeed an thrill to see His Honor Judge Wapner on the bench again! When my neice was little she used to call him Pa Pa Whopper LOL! She is 30 now and was almost in tears to see him again on the show.

  • The plaintiff got a token $50. Despite the silliness of the case, in my opinion, it was cool to see Wapner in action again...

  • Yay for stupid American "reality tv" shows. For the plaintiff? Really? If there's a fucking policy that says not to leave your shit at work, you don't leave your shit at work, plain and simple. Any judge with a brain would have ruled in the Defendant's favor.

  • $50? with no proof of how much he paid for those shoes?? he could of received them as a gift.

  • $50 is generous for those old shoes.

  • You sure write in retarded English, SG.

  • lol you started it, so u get a life :D

  • is that paul giamati

  • I think the people's Court Should bring back Judge Shiendlin and Judge Koch for Special Appreance too.

  • i agree

  • The guy who talks to them when they are done is the biggest dick ever! Everyone else on this show is cool except for him.

  • @Leabo90

Judge Judy = a poor man's Judge Wapner.

  • The defendent wasn't that much of a loser considering the plaintiff was seaking $2,000 and only got $50!

  • @bandet888 $2000 damages on a $100 pair of shoes is wrong!

  • @YodatheJedi12 You're right.

  • @bandet888 werent they $130 shoes??

  • @tyrehd Yes, thew plaintiff did claim that the shoes cost $130.

  • @bandet888 plaintiff doesn't seem to care

  • @bandet888 he really annoyed me when his arguement was that the other guy was new, anmd everyone else just accepted his smelly shoes!

  • @bandet888 50$ poorer thts for sure. the black gut gv a huge owned to the donut

  • @bandet888 spoillleeeerrrrrrrrrrssssssssss

  • The defendent shouldn't have put the shoes outside so somebody could take them. He should have told the plaintiff that they were stinking up the place and the plaintiff should take them with him. But come on he was suing $2,000 for a pair of shoes!!!! He only got $50. lol!

  • Why did that guy think he could get $2,000 for those shoes?

  • nice rack on that one lady

  • that case was pathetic! shoes

  • At 2:21 seconds...........lol argh righttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt!

  • I think it's kind of disrespectful to give a legendary judge a $50 case over a pair of shoes that someone touched...

  • I kinda think its fucked up he comes back and the only case he gets an argument over a stupid pair of shoes

  • happy birthday and many more

  • Judge Wapner looked great. I cannot believe he is 90 years old. Good Luck to him.

  • @burbank he's 90 he looks so long to be 90

  • I remembered Judge Wapner beating up on the black people that came into his court back in the 80's.

  • its not his feet that stink. he stinks.

  • his feet probably stink

  • plaintiff sucks!

  • 50 dollas!!! YAAAAHHH

    wait..

  • Wapner was a sweet guy. Rarely got riled up. I like him.

  • i miss Judge Wapner. he is the best ever!!

  • lol waste money to get to this court worth $300 and then in and only get $ 50

  • Its good to see him back on tv again.

  • Go Wapner! Haven't seen him in almost 16 years.

  • Judge Wapner: My judgement is for the Plantiff for $50.00

Plantiff: YEAH!! I'm da KANG!! H-H-Ho'd up, ya On-uh. It almost sounded like you said fiddy bucks?!

  • Thanks..so great to see Judge Wapner again! I watched him on PC when I was a child! Can't believe he is 90 years old!

  • They are acting like JW is God... I respect the man, but come on, he is just a man...

  • Judge Wapner Rocks!

  • This guy comes out talking about home training and what mothers teach... well my mother teaches me not to leave my crap all over the place. take your 4 year old shoes home. This case was stupip Wapner should be suing them after this mess

  • Thanks! i love judge wapner

  • Hey Peoples court...thanks so much for posting this case. Im an avid People's Court Fan and always record the show....today I wanted to make sure that I captured the show but for whatever reason tape didn't roll!!! Luckily, thanks to you I got to see this case with legendary Judge Wapner.. Thanks for putting your time into this for us hard-core fanatics out there!!!!

  • My pleasure! So glad I can do this for you all!

  • @ThePeopleCourt Do you really represent The People Court?

  • @Bopkasen Nope; just a devout fan!

  • @ThePeopleCourt Ok. Good shows.

  • Yes! Thank you thank you!

  • What a lame case; the plaintiff was obviously exagerrating the situation. Him working in a place for however many years doesn't excuse him from breaking policy, either. I don't think he deserved anything.

  • The defendant lost the case for himself by volunteering that information at the end that the company issued a reprimand for moving the shoes - which proved the plaintiff's case that him personally moving the shoes like that was improper conduct.
