Some of the technical problems of the show were cut from these images and replaced by rehearsals or re-dos.

But Richard Wright barely plays at all on the Wall, and it's arguably Pink Floyd's best album. Roger Waters doesn't NEED anybody in particular.. He's hands down the greatest rock song writer: give him any decent session musicians and he'll make an unreal album!!!!

I think it's lame when people claim "oh it doesn't work without gilmour". Richard Wright was probably just as responsible for that DSOTM era sound as Gilmour. But Richard Wright barely plays at all on the Wall, and it's arguably Pink Floyd's best album. Roger Waters doesn't NEED anybody in particular.. He's hands down the greatest rock song writer: give him any decent session musicians and he'll make an unreal album!!!!

Waters injured his foot in a playfight backstage with manager Steve O'Rourke, and returning from the hospital to his hotel he spoke to Bob Ezrin and a psychiatrist sharing the car of his sense of alienation on the tour. He hated playing in stadiums, and told of how he sometimes felt like building a wall to separate himself from the audience.
