Great drum skills, just need to relax a bit more, you look very stiff. Watch Travis and other excellent drummers, they let it flow through them, the weird movements etc are not to show off like most people think, it's called passion and it is what happens when you let the song flow through you.

your off your kick a little bit but one thing you can do to improve that is place a towel over the front of the kick drum, you hear the hit a lot more acuratly, and it doesnt blend in with the rest of the drums. other than than nice fills
