@Lilylulay ,,, lol, having just got my own fiesta and also gone through a similar experience getting used to the voice command thingy I can simpithise with you. It's loads of fun trying to get it to work and your video is a screem, loved it, the expressions on your face are priceless. Did the person you accidently call call back? I sometimes have the same problem with the speech recognition on my GPS. I swear it has moods. I can say the same thing, in the same way, one time and it recognizes what I'm saying. Then when I say it again, it doesn't. When the car is on the highway the road noise is too loud for it to understand anything I say, but I have a very soft voice. Maybe it would pick up on your voice.

Anyway, lol, I enjoyed watching this. Now I know I'm not the only one with frustrations with speech recognition.
