No, u can't. As open as the quests are, the only way to really end the main quest is to kill Dagoth Ur. You could ignore the quest, but you can't ally with Dagoth Ur.
He's a wizard who has discovered a spell (that you can riskily use) to leap 300 ft in the air. The downside is needing a deep ocean to land in. Good for scaling that island above vivic.

This can be done. My friend found a site that had all the steps taken by the guy who made the World Record on this (6:20). He tried it a few times and did it in 7:46 (I had the stop watch) Just look on google. You'll find it.
You cant actually beat Morrowind, sure you can finish the main storyline but you would have to do every quest to beat Morrowind. And you can only join one great house (Without cheating)So you only beat the main storyline.

its easy to beat it on xbox. i beat it in about a day though. i just get to lvl 30 then search for armors and etc. daedric crecent,helm of oreyn bear claw. boots of blinding speed. and wraith guards. then i go and kill the ash vampires get the amulets. kill dagoth ur. then go have a blast. kill helseth and take his ring if your having trouble. and get vampirism if you want a little boost.
i wanna know how you did that. i completely missed you getting the wraithguard. you have to have that to hold sunder or keening without dying instantly? WTF!! thats still crazy

No, u can't. As open as the quests are, the only way to really end the main quest is to kill Dagoth Ur. You could ignore the quest, but you can't ally with Dagoth Ur.

Actually you can run that fast, in the beginning if you set up your character right, you can get something like 70 speed.

you dont need the wraithguard, it just protects you from the damage (his health was still depleteing before he saw azura)
