You can't get a woman with the horn. In part 1 of this episode, they said that the horn can not produce objects larger than itself.

Why doesn't Conan just ask the horn to give him the means to destroy Rathamon and Set? Perhaps a spell?

You can,t destroy se beause he is a god and wraht-amon is a creaution of set's power so only the medallion of vatalos can defeat him.

So, if an object created by a mortal (the medallion) can defeat set, then why can't the horn create another even more powerful object to defeat Set? Vatalos afterall was only a mortal.

Set can be defeated, like any other god. But he cannot be destroyed because he is a god. Though I don't recall how the series ended, I thought he was sent back to the Abyss.
