  • my politics are totally differant from mr braggs am centre right, but today i was extremlly proud of the people of glasgow who went on strike today to defend our pensions...hope now the tory libs no there n a fucking fight.....oooooooooooooooo n HAPPY ST ANDREWS DAY

  • power in the dollar the union take from the man to exploit their own and spend as they please (look at the aussie labor party). invest in the business u work and become stronger then any union and a voice that matters, counts and has a say in your own direction.

  • unions originally had a sensible role in helping workers get a fair deal. but, nowdays, some unions have become money sucking entities! in the USA some union workers demanded so much higher pay, the company dumped half its workforce! so you union cats must make sure youre bretheren dont get cocky and greedy!

  • On Wisconsin! God bless righteous struggle. Support from a brother in Arkansas!

  • Brilliant gig. I'm pretty sure that's the back of my head right at the front.

  • ahh. the chemmies make me dance and billy makes me sing. there is power in the people

  • my dad was in the workers revolutionary party and he said he was the only worker in it the

  • My old man has never lost his way, and is SWP all the way, lol!

  • SWP quite right , All current mainstream mp`s appear to be crooked self serving bastards. Clear them all out and start again. make them all re apply for their jobs and lock up the proven fraudsters

  • @bristolsteve69 not all, but the vast majority, I only say this because MPs like Jeremy Corbyn and John McDonnell don't deserve to be grouped in with that feckless bunch of corporate whores that make up parliment

  • join the real labour party

  • why do students follow labour at uni, and then get a managers job for the man, and become a bosses lackie and steal from the workers??

  • @kaypaxian1 you are so right, the labour party is a hollow shell , comitted to upholding the status quo of public school politics that has taken the centre (only) stage of UK politics.

All 3 main parties were classmates at select schools and it stinks, you and the merrydown have started me off now!

fairness is all that counts...and sadly there is not power in the union... respect steve

  • @kaypaxian1

Because sadly most people only require a few pound notes to have their heads turned, at uni they are poor (unless they are from a rich family) so they believe in socialism/labour, then they leave and get a job that pays well and think "fuck it, I'm not giving my money away to help other people, it's all mine"

  • @goldfishal hear hear

  • @kaypaxian1 very cynical how old are you

  • @kaypaxian1 .

A lot of them do I agree, all part of "the fashionable" set I suppose and qualifications allow their progression but not all turn coat and vote for the tory scum. My sister in law and husband are both "uni-bods" but still staunch labour.

You'll find a lot of tory voters are self made people who've come from nowhere and forgotten their roots just as quick as they've licked the MD's arse!

  • red is right blue is wrong. billy you are the guvnor [and i am not a 'misguided student']

  • @plaw -

    Well said, Comrade

  • Blue is wrong I agree. Red is slightly better but Green is better than both put together!

  • Very true and never more important to remember than in these recessionary times.

  • thank you. Very good song. Heard it in the documentary on Howard Zinn "You can't be neutral on a moving train".
