@zoeeileve When you learn to read music, it's not that complicated. If you are very interested in the piano, I really encourage you to try to learn to read scores because it will be much more easy to you to play any song!

In all honesty, I think the little deviations from the original versions make it all the better. I mean, it's a cover, and this is a totally different instrument, so you have a little artistic freedom ;] Once again, a beautiful interpretation and GREAT JOB!!

@CeviHarp -blushes- Aww, thanks for your response! And anytime... I love watching these, especially because I think the harp is an absolutely gorgeous instrument. I play flute, but I feel like it's a little harder to make covers of StarKid songs on flute because you can't exactly create chords. Plus, harp is a little more similar to Darren's preferred guitar, so... nevertheless, I'm sure this still took a bunch of work and time to create these covers - you have my respect!

Aaah, i promised to leave you a comment, but i have a real hard time writing this....

It is not as good as your other videos.

Your playing is wonderful as always, but i just cant really appreciate the music as much as your other covers.

Its just my taste, but i think the song doesnt really work for harp. especially the guitar parts just dont seem to fit.

But to be honest: i didnt even knew the song until about 30 minutes ago. so i may not be a good critic.

@TheVergile I totally agree with you. This is not a song composed for the harp, it's composed to play it in guitar and sing (piano, guitar and 2 voices on the musical). The rhythm of the begining it's hard to do with a harp and so easy to do with a guitar, because you can't repeat notes easily on the harp, and on the guitar it sound good..

Maybe the best part is the chorus of the song and the arpeggios.

Anyway, I wanted to try do this cover. I like to test myself!

hmm....i think that - maybe - the guitar parts aren´t really wort the trouble. You might have tried to totally rewrite that part. Staying in the harmony, but change the guitar parts into something more playable/better sounding.

But seeing through how much trouble you went to adapt the guitar as it is that might not be what you want ^^

Anyway - hope you´ll do some original work again soon.
