To all those wondering where this song is from: This comes from the Super Robot Wars F Final Arranged Collection Gold (yes, that's the full title). There are a few other Gundam songs on that album, such as The Winner (sung by Masaaki Endoh) and Just Communication.
I'm confused as to why a new version was even made. it's not as though Gundam ZZ has been experiencing a revival in Japan like Zeta did.....good song though.
Zeta went though a revival? It was the best out of all the Gundam series, it had the highest rating I believe, it's just that the One Year War can have so many things thrown in and is the most interesting of the Universal Century.
Well, the "revival" was due to the "A New Translation" film trilogy Tomino did. Putting Zeta back into the forefront after 20 years, getting a HUGE influx of new model kits and such, that kind of thing.
I like it, but it doesn't have the same strength as the original

Was this really shown in the show itself or is it just fan-made?

I prefer the old version. This isn't good. The old version was one of the best Gundam songs.

Yeah that's true. I"m just glad the put the movie ending in Gundam Musou two and the new ending got to the US. ^.^
Too bad it seems like Gundam Musou 2 is all we'll see of V Gundam/ZZ/Turn A and anything else I left out. That's sad. =(
