  • @muwaho0 hello, you can, but it is harder. it is better if you will use an electric mixer. but if you can't buy you can use a hand mixer but it is a little hard.. :)

  • @567breanna you definitely need caster sugar otherwise it wont dissolve properly and wont taste the same, at all.

  • you make these look so easy...I have always wanted to make pavlova, which I guess is the same thing...I really must try this...  :)

  • I haven't tried your version, but I believe the best idea is to leave the meringues at 80*C for 4 hours. That's what I've done, but still, I have not tried 120*C for 25min + no heat 2hours.

    I'm pretty sure it was 4 hours.

  • @MischievousKP When you go to the shops there are passion fruits. Buy some of them and cut them in half, then scoop the liquid and seeds out.

  • @3ngin321 There are receipes that call for just one or the other and have been for years on end. Just google egg yolk receipes lots of ideas.
