I've followed all the steps but when I try to write the clockwork image to the sd card, I get an error saying "Not enough space on disk." I am using an 8gb micro sd card. I tried with the 4 gb image and the 2 gb image. I get the same error even when I try to write the 1 gb image. Can anyone help? Thanks.

@novicetech1 try deleting everything off the sd card with sdformatter. use the overwrite format to ensure all the stuff is deleted.

It's working on my Nook Color 1.3.0 with CM 7.1 (latest version at the time of the comment) with the exception of lockscreen. I can recommend the ROM.

Ok, so I followed these instructions and was concerned because my NookColor got stuck on the load screen with the blue arrow going in a circle around the skateboarding android. I had to tell my unit to factory reset about 6 times before it moved beyond that. So, now I am up and running... I am not sure if I did something wrong though. I cannot install the Kindle for Android because it says this app is not compatible with this device. The B&N programming is not to be found either. Help?!

i've been having a problem doing this, and from the looks of xda im not the only one but... When the uSD is in the nook and has the bootable image on it, my nook wont boot. Just doesn't turn on. If i boot the nook and put the uSD in the nook recognizes it and i can see all of the necessary files on it. Any suggestions?

and first install the downloads from the "data error" problems. Then go through all the steps again that the video says. It will still say data error - don't worry. Finish the steps, reboot. If an error occurs while turning on - turn off, when off, hold down the power button and nook button until it turns back on. It should work from that. If not keep trying the same method of turning off and then holding both buttons to turn back on. Hope that helps!

Ok I FINALLY got my nook to work!! It took forever, but after retrying with different download options that are given under the 5 required download links, it worked. I first had the data error problem and then the market problem. If you have this problem...follow all the steps he does, reboot, then put your sd card back in the comp and download the "trouble with market" link and the "trouble with data error" link above. Copy those downloads to your sd card, put back in nook, (cont)

ok guys and gals who have the error 8 to pop up when you are using the win32 disk imager.... all you have to do is format your SD card. The error will not pop up after you do so. A quick format is all it will take!

1:Right click on win32diskimager before you run it, and click run as administrator.

2:Make sure the My Computer window is closed before you write the image to the SD card.

I Had The Same problems With An Error when Trying to download apps From the market.

Had 2 Identical Nook Colors with the Same Exact Same Backup of CM7 Installed on both. None of the Suggestions Listed on XDA or the Other Websites Worked. But I Noticed the Only Difference Between the Two was That I Had the Youtube App installed on the One that Was Not Working Correctly. Once I Removed the YouTube APP The Market Has Worked Fine and Have Not had an Error Since !

I did notice there was a different icon shown after you wrote the clockwork files to the SD card than I had but it appears I have the same amount of files present as you did after I wrote. do it again. make sure the sd card is out.* once factory boot loads up set it up. then go to settings > devive info > and reset.

repeat the the power on and hold power about seven times.

turn nook on, hold power for 15 seconds. screen will flicker black and turn off. do it till u get to a screen that says clearing data. and the rest is magic.
