This was released on December 3, 1994. The PS was released on December 3, 1994. While not necessarily the first, it was ONE OF the first PS games.

Well, it's only fair for me to say that this is the ending movie, not the introduction. The ending song is titled "Crime Crackers".

I've been curious about seeing some actual footage from this game ever since seeing it in a now-ancient issue of GameFan. Thanks for putting this up; that opening was adorably silly! ;)

I was researching what you said. Actually, no, it's not anywhere close to being one of the first. It's PSX ID is SCPS-10003 (They are written on the game cases, PS2 and PSP games have an ID like this too, dunno about PS3 but it's likely, never bothered to look at a PS3 case), I am not sure where the SCPS line starts but there are numbers smaller than 10000.

Yes, Crime Crackers along with 8 other games were released on the Japanese Playstation launch in 1994/12/3

@TEXHAYASHIBARA Well, I think that the first PSX game was A.IV Evolution. It was released on 22 Nov 1994 in Japan. Crime Crackers was second, I think.
