  • @gabbepawa maybe you are gaining muscle, you should get your fat percentage measured.

  • We had the sweet potatoes last night. They were yummy. The ones fried in olive oil with cayenne, salt and pepper. More healthy and tasty ways to fix vegetables would be helpful. How about a healthy sandwich or wrap...something that could be fixed ahead of time to take to work or school.
