Hey I LIVE in the USA. And have Fought for 2 countries not just ONE. JLO. Mediocre, Britney Spears Vapid but good marketing. I have seen REAL talent that don't get play because they DON'T have a certain Look. Thank G-d for Youtube and My Space where people can showcase their talent without Clive Davis and the like.

I cannot control the shite that the record companies shove down our throats any more than you can. There is *plenty* of talent in america, but just as in Britain, it doesn't always get the publicity it deserves, and idiotic contest winners (like the Spice Girls) get marketed to death.

And look how wildly popular they were in Britain. The masses eat what you feed them. Blame the "man", not the country.
