i just love the santa :) i want to become a baker like you one day :) and i love baking from scratch not from box mixes :) and i think steph is so funny and you are always so happy and postive :) so yeah my dreams are to become a baker by 25 and have my own store and im 13 now :)

i know it sounds weird but, i don't really like the taste of all the butter in buttercream, but i love the consistency you get from buttercream! .. do u think i would get the same consistency if i used more shortening and less butter?
