Hey thisfirrre, concerning the box in question, I think the judges allowed a bit more leeway with the "what you do..." boxes in terms of descriptions. Especially considering you had to be a bit more descriptive with boxes phrased like that one. Short of that, prepositions (except for "of") weren't allowed.
Normally saying stuff like that would get you buzzed, but when a catagory is stated in a way that says "What You Do With..." then you can be more descriptive. How the catagories were worded was key in playing this game. That's one of the reasons why this game was difficult to play - and one of the reasons why I like this game show.
I always love Dick's reactions to a win especially this one at 1:22.

I have a problem with a "horrible earthquake" - Horrible and devastating are way too close in my opinion - not exact, but close enough.

"You put it on under your vest" should've gotten the ol' buzz. But the contestant getting "Things That Are Devastating" was pretty impressive.
