The song, or what it means? I'll answer both, though. :)
The song is basically the Suikoden Main Theme (goes all the way back to the first one; and you may also think of this as "Into a World of Illusions", "Viktor/Flik rescue theme", or the "victory theme for war battles from S1" since there are motifs of this theme in all of those pieces and more), but it's really the main theme.
Orrizonte, I think, was misspelled. It's an Italian word--"Orizzonte"--meaning "horizon", hence the picture.
I'd like to say thanks to Miky Higashino for her gift to Italy while composing Suikoden 2 soundtrack... first time I heard it, I was surprised and pleased!
