Why are people saying this is in A natural minor? It's pretty obviously D Dorian, sure they're enharmonically equivalent, but totally different feels, different emphasis on certain notes! May as well say it's in C major or F lydian :)

Seriously? John Petrucci has only gotten better, particularly so in the last 2 years. He has MODIFIED his playing style but he has not gotten even the slightest bit WORSE.
Any REAL JP fan would know he still throws in these style licks (bebop), but it just so happens DT is NOT a bebop band. And please, I LOVE this video and and also LOVE JP today just quit bitching
I love the actual solos and love him back then, but there is a clear difference tone wise, this sounds just amazing, while now, there is to much reverb, gain, delay and whatever the hell he added to it.
Taste changes with time, just like the food you like, so maybe when I'm 40 I will like his actual tone much better.. for now, I'll complain

But hey,, I enjoy past DT and present DT so as far as I'm concerned, it's all good ^^
