  • @serbsmight That sucks, it's too bad people were more closed minded back then. Martial arts should be shared to everyone willing to accept it. Good luck with your jiujitsu!

  • Wow your form looks excellent, very cool. But can I ask what purpose it serves in Choy Lay Fut? Is it for conditioning or does it contain applications etc? Thank you.

  • @LeHammockRider Thanks for the kind words. Excellent question; hand forms are the "blue print" for applications and is also excellent for cardio conditioning and a great form of exercise. Movements in a hand form could either be applied directly (the same as it is seen in the form) or some serve purely as a blue print for an application that might not even look close to what it does in that form. Hope I answered your question! Feel free to inbox me if you have more questions :)

  • @ichibanniko Thanks for responding. I will take you up on that.

  • *** applause***

  • @PeachLove19 thank you.

  • remember the importance of low stances

  • @h8ter29 thanks for the comment. hung sing clf stances don't go too low, i believe buk sing clf is the same as well.

  • Greetings from Seattle, Washington. You did a great video here! TY for posting.

  • @newdreamscreations Thank you brother!
