U Serious?? DAMN.. Let me tell u some of my problems, the No Sim Card Pop Up always appears and i have to restart my phone to solve that problem. And my satio restarts from time to time, plus. Sometimes, just SOMETIMES, my camera wont function and i have to Exit every other application to make it work. =( I guess i'm the very unlucky ones who got the incorrect software. I'll try to update my phone now. =)

oh shit, that sucks man,haven't had that problem before. for me, its the most bug free and most stable phone I had. (and I been through 24 phones in the past 4 years no joke and all been the latest models, I been through 2 Xperia X1's this year lol) also I been told you can't flash it via software update, cause its firmware possibly on one of the components. hope a software update does solve it or restore to factory settings.)

No you can either use the propriety sony ericsson earphones or wireless ones, wireless are quite good price, about $85 which is cheaper than my normal earphones (Sony earphones which cost $300)
